Welcome to The Little Mu’min! By subscribing to our magazine or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Intellectual Property: All content, illustrations, logos, and branding of The Little Mu’min are the property of the publisher. Content is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission.
Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide accurate and safe content, The Little Mu’min is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from subscription use. Parents/guardians should supervise children’s access.
Payment Terms: All payments are securely processed through our payment partners. Subscription prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Renewal is automatic unless canceled.
Terms of Use: Accessing our website or digital content indicates your agreement to use it responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
- Prohibited Uses: You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. At the Little Mu’min, cancelling your subscription is simple and hassle-free.
How to Cancel:
You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at thelittlemuminteam@gmail.com with your registered email ID or by filling in your details in the form above. We’ll process your cancellation within 48 hours.
Refund Policy:
Since our plans are prepaid and magazines are printed to order, we do not offer refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. However, you will continue to receive all remaining magazines for the duration you’ve paid for. If you receive a product that is damaged or has any issue, we will send you a fresh replacement copy at no extra cost. Replacement request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product by contacting us at thelittlemuminteam@gmail.com or in whatsapp at +91 9880541137.
If approved, the new replacement item will be delivered to you within the next 5-10 business days from the date of approval.
We are not providing any sort of refunds/ return/ exchanges.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship on the 14th and 28th of every month (or the next business day if it’s a holiday) to maintain consistent delivery. Orders placed within these dates will be shipped in the next cycle cycle accordingly.
Magazines are delivered via India Post or selected courier services, and delivery may take up to 4–5 business days (delays may occur due to postal or courier service issues).
Subscribers must provide accurate delivery information. The Little Mu’min will not be responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses.
Shipping charges, if any, are already included in the subscription price unless otherwise stated.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected (name, email, address, payment details, etc.) is used solely for processing subscriptions, deliveries, and communicating updates.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children’s access to any online content.
SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products (drops), and other updates.
