The Little Mu’min was founded in 2025 by Farzad Marakkar and Khadeeja Noura, inspired by a feeling every Muslim knows too well: the longing for something better for our next generation.

We literally saw it everywhere, children spending more time on glowing screens than with glowing hearts. Parents trying their best, yet feeling a quiet ache inside, wishing they had something wholesome, beautiful, and rooted in Islam to put into their little one’s hands.

So, we set out to create it.

The Little Mu’min is more than just a magazine. It is a little parcel of joy that arrives at your doorstep every two weeks. Inside are stories that spark smiles, teach gentle lessons, and fill young hearts with love for Allah and His Messenger ﷺ. It is screen-free, values-rich, and designed to make Islamic learning feel as exciting as any superhero comic or fairy tale.

We believe our children deserve more than just entertainment.
They deserve something that builds their faith, shapes their character, and reminds them who they truly are.
